2026 Annual General Meeting

Tamar FM invites members to attend the Annual General Meeting at the station,
29-67 Macquarie Street, George Town 7253,
on Tuesday 29th September 2026 at 10:30 a.m.

The agenda will be:

1. Opening of the meeting
2. Apologies and verification of Quorum
3. Confirmation of Minutes of previous Annual General Meeting
4. Presentation of Annual Report
5. Adoption of Annual Report
6. Presentation of Treasurer’s statement
7. Election of new Management Committee and appointment of Auditor
8. Vote of thanks to outgoing Management Committee
9. Call for expressions of interest in role of Station Manager (to be chosen later by the Management Committee)
10. Closure
